The roots of our firm can be traced back to 1973 when Robert L. Tate,
Jr. incorporated his accounting practice. Ralph T. Sugimoto, Jr., Michael
J. Beggs and Thomas E. Propp became shareholders in the 1970s. In May
1989, after years of steady growth, these four formed the present firm
of Tate, Propp, Beggs & Sugimoto. Mary J. Caniglia, Debbi J. Christensen
and Eric W. Stoner were admitted as shareholders in the 1990s.
